Chayank is a partner at K Lakhani & Co. Chartered Accountants with more than 7 years of experience in tax and regulatory domain. He previously worked with Ernst and Young LLP as a Senior Manager in the tax practice.

He has extensively worked in the corporate tax domain, advising multination and India HQ companies on cash repatriation strategies, TDS implications, identifying tax and regulatory efficient business models, exit strategy (including liquidation), tax planning opportunities and international taxation.

He also has hands on experience in representation before tax authorities from AO to ITAT level. He has also coordinated and briefed Sr. Counsels/lawyers for representation before the AAR and High Court.

Chayank also been deeply involved in transformation of tax functions of large India HQ multinationals and setup of tax Center of Excellence.

He also has hands-on experience in FEMA dealings involving representation before RBI for clients.

Shalini Sanghi is a Chartered Accountant with 11 plus years of post-qualification experience. She also has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards by ACCA (UK).

 She was associated as an Audit Manager with M.Anandam& Co., Chartered Accountants, one of the oldest and most reputed Chartered Accountants firm in India. Subsequently, she worked for about 5 years with Genpact (a GE Company) on a Fortune 500 pharma major

Shalini has led audits of many companies including listed companies. The has undertaken several transfer pricing assignments, tax audits, accounting and payroll compliances
